I'm Published!

     Last year I was asked to cook up some healthy, meatless meals for a spread in the Wiregrass Living Magazine's Good Taste March / April issue and it hit stands today!  Here are a few teasers until you buy your own copy which can be found all around Dothan (I found them at Dakota Coffee)....

     Thank you Wiregrass Living Magazine (check them out on facebook!) for the write up, gorgeous photos, and the opportunity to share my veggie head love with lower Alabama :)  Special thanks to Sister and Amanda for helping me pull it all together and mostly for helping us eat the leftovers :)
